CARPORT ALLOCATIONS SCHEDULE PROGRAM

FIRST TIME COMPETITOR INFORMATION
You are required to read the 2024 Supplementary Regulations found HERE.
It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their bike is adequately prepared for the event.
GATES: Open at 6:15am.
EVENT SCHEDULE/CARPORT ALLOCATIONS: Posted above prior to the event, on the Facebook Event and emailed to club members.
SIGN IN: Prior to attending scrutineering, competitors are required to attend the Race Admin Office and sign the Waiver Agreement.
RIDERS BRIEFING: To be held in the Scutineering shed at 8.15am for all competitors and parent/guardians of under 18 year old’s. You must sign the attendance register before leaving the briefing.
SCRUTINEERING:
Scrutineering from 7.30am to 8:45am in the green scrutineering shed
Solo machines must be presented to the Scrutineering Bay with belly pan removed and available for inspection. Bikes must not be hot for the morning inspection.
All competitors must present their riding leathers, gloves, boots, back protector and helmet for Inspection. Remove all gear from your gear bag.
TYRE SERVICE: Provided by Marc Cartier and Graham Corey of Pirelli/GP Wholesale will be available to provide any technical assistance. MCRCWA Club Members receive discounts on tyres when presenting their membership card.
GOMOTO STORE: for all your track bike parts and accessories
RACE NUMBERS: Available for purchase from the race admin office $2 each.
Timing Brackets also available for purchase at $15 each.
REMEMBER ON THE DAY YOU MUST SIGN IN TWICE
1. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING IN THE RACE OFFICE (LOOK FOR YOUR CLASS AT THE SIGN ON DESK)
2. RIGHT AFTER RIDERS BRIEFING ON YOUR RACE CLASS CLIPBOARD
Event Awards will be presented at the end of racing at McKracken house.
The club bar will be open at the end of the last race and burgers will be available to purchase.
Spectator Information
Main Gate Admission Fee
$20 General Admission per adult – non-members.
$30 General Admission max per car or for rider + pillion
$10 MCRC members (must present membership card).
$10 Concession card holders (Seniors/ pensioners)
FREE Children 15 yrs & under, must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Free Walk in Pit Entry
Catering located in Pit Paddock
Practice from 9.00am
Racing from 11.00am
